Since I last released a version of view.py, I've gone from zero contributions to open source to a CPython core developer. I've learned so much, and it's time to apply that here.
The framework *is* called view.py, you know.
Also begin adding a test for static files.
Also fix a few things with them.
This is generally more intuitive, because it's the same order as an isinstance() call.
