There's a new page layout on A-Trust's side, which breaks the parser. Add the new indicator for a waiting-for-app page (
.ida-signtype #SignType). While I'm at it, simplify the parser by mergingWaitingForAppBlockandWaitingForBiometryBlockinto one, since these are handled identically by PDF-Over, and convey the same meaning.
