An advanced, low-level file parsing and core optimization engine written in x64 Assembly (MASM). The program architecture dynamically parses huge text files containing raw numeric data, sanitizes trailing input artifacts, allocates optimized system memory buffers, and spins up 6 parallel CPU threads to process the data simultaneously, calculating the exact arithmetic mean with zero runtime lag.
system- Handles workspace setup and initializes file viewing.GlobalMemoryStatusEx- Dynamically audits host physical RAM limitations.fopen/fclose- Safe low-level file stream management.malloc- High-performance heap allocation calibrated by raw byte file sizes.realloc- Geometric array resizing using efficient bit-shifting operations.fread- Direct bulk transfer of binary data into physical memory sub-arrays._beginthread- Parallel multi-core dispatching engine (spins up 6 CPU workers).WaitForMultipleObjects- Thread synchronization manager with continuous event monitoring.exit- Clean process termination handling standard and custom abort vectors.
Dynamically evaluates incoming string formats from text streams and converts them autonomously into machine-readable numeric records.
Each dispatched thread works inside an isolated, bound address partition. There are no memory overlaps, maximizing caching efficiency across individual logical CPU cores.
To completely eliminate bottleneck latencies found in frequent reallocations, the array sizing logic utilizes binary bitwise shifting to double block capacities on demand, drastically boosting speed.
Includes active parsing filters to clean raw inputs against trailing data anomalies (like trailing spaces, Carriage Returns 0x0D, and Line Feeds 0x0A), backed up by automated process termination subroutines in case of system resource exhaustion.
