When merged this pull request will:

  • Add BMM3 metal/mine detector (Based on ACE3's VMM3 model and sounds)
  • Add surface label for magnetic surfaces

Requires:

* Do not allow carrying while sitting in a vehicle

* Explicitly assign all actions to helper compartments

* Only do a single attempt for moving characters in/out from compartments

* Directly transfer to helper compartment if possible

* Directly transfer to helper compartment if possible

* Use ACE_CanCarry for checking that escort can carry captive

* Enable action manager component for helper
