…dSkipOperation The spec update added cli.enabled:false to GET /newrelic-accounts, which ApiV3CommandHelper::shouldSkipOperation() correctly skips. The test's expected-count logic didn't apply the same filter, causing an off-by-one (136 expected vs 135 generated). Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
