Adds a shared scripts/sync-skill-version.mjs that rewrites metadata.version (and metadata.designDataVersion where present) in each skill's SKILL.md frontmatter from package.json after changeset version runs. Each of the three skill/MCP tool packages now declares a moon version task so that moon run :version (called by pnpm run version in the release workflow) keeps SKILL.md in sync automatically — no more manual edits per release.
