Work flow to clear Akamai cache when code is pushed to Stage or Main branches.
This is related to #659 that's currently on Stage.

Note:
This will need to be merged once akamai mapping is done on
stage.acrobat.adobe for frictionless page.

**Update:** DC side PR is merged and we are getting ready to test akamai
setting on acrobat.adobe.com side
