In Fedora 43, `/etc/pki/tls/certs/ca-bundle.crt` is being replaced by `/etc/pki/ca-trust/extracted/pem/tls-ca-bundle.pem`. See https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Changes/dropingOfCertPemFile (sic)
