A clean Windows checkout failed four runtime checks because template parsing assumed LF line endings, and test:e2e pointed to a nonexistent directory. Normalize template reads and run the real diagnosis-to-schedule and MCP transport checks. Native microphone denial now produces an accessible status message; repeated starts are guarded and typed commands remain available.
The README adds a shop preview, clone instructions, the Node 22.13 minimum required by pnpm, correct build-first checks, and disposable Docker/database verification. CI now checks Windows and Linux, runs the HTTP end-to-end command and audit, and selects Python 3.13. Patch updates to brace-expansion and Hono reduce seven audit advisories to zero.
Validation: 148 unit/integration checks passed on Windows; 150 passed in Linux with the complementary platform refusal test skipped. Seven HTTP/MCP end-to-end tests, 94 Linux script tests and 34 Linux Python tests passed. Both container bundle smoke checks and DynamoDB Local transaction contracts passed. The rebuilt Docker demo completed a real Chrome 154 walkthrough covering the $561.33 estimate, customer approval, resumed context, cancel/confirm controls and Bay 2 scheduling. Customer views omitted private fields; both mobile layouts fit their viewport; native denied microphone access displayed the new recovery message. This verification does not refresh the repository's dated live AWS or Alexa+ certification evidence.
Windows, Linux and Docker CI passed for this commit.
