docs: add cross-project top navigation (supernav)#42

Loads the shared https://agentrust-io.com/supernav.js top navigation so readers can switch between the agentrust-io project docs sites. Matches the agent-manifest docs config; cmcp / ca2a / trace-spec were missing it. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
