@keraron I think the content here is very similar to what we have in the root README, we might need to simplify the README and link to the documentation for more details |

@paralta It could replace the README but the issue is that the docs pages need to follow the MkDocs syntax that is not rendered by github (such as notes and other formatting) |

This PR adds the runtime docs into the repo so it can be re-used in the Directory docs site.
