Implemented thousands separators for scores, used ANSI line clearing for smoother transitions, and enhanced the game-over achievement message.

PR created automatically by Jules for task 8910363886751804012 started by @aidasofialily-cmd

This PR implements several micro-UX improvements to the "Speed Clicker" terminal game:

1. **Score Readability**: Added a `formatWithCommas` helper to display scores with thousands separators (e.g., "1,234" instead of "1234"), making them much easier to read as they grow.
2. **Visual Polish**: Introduced the `CLR_EOL` (\033[K) macro to cleanly clear lines during the countdown and HUD updates, replacing redundant space padding and preventing ghost characters.
3. **Enhanced Feedback**: The "New Personal Best" message now displays the previous record, providing better context for the user's achievement.
4. **Consistency**: Applied consistent bold cyan coloring (`CLR_SCORE`) to both the current score and high score in the HUD.
5. **Clean Exit**: Ensured all carriage-return (\r) lines are properly cleared, maintaining a clean terminal state.

Accessibility: Improved numeric readability for all users.
DX: Maintained clean build process and verified with standalone tests.
