Updates the site’s Docusaurus toolchain and applies npm overrides intended to address security-sensitive transitive dependencies.

- Bump core Docusaurus packages from
3.10.1to3.10.2(plus@docusaurus/tsconfig). - Add/extend npm
overridesfor several transitive dependencies (e.g.,sharp,serialize-javascript,minimatch). - Regenerate
package-lock.jsonto reflect the dependency graph after the upgrades/overrides.
