This needs a discussion before we have requirements. The idea is we want to see people who failed to checkout at lists of attendees for meetings and in list s of numbers of occupants for the day, etc. If that's possible now, none of us know the secret tricks. maybe we might consider that a normal visit is 3 hours so we just call it a 3 hour visit starting when they checked in (if we see they would have been yellow at the end of the day when the keyholder checks out) they can still be "flagged" the way they are now but they should also have a "legitimate visit" record.
