Need a neat way for admins (and maybe coaches) to correct hours

when someone checksin late or not at all or or checksout late or not at all, an admin or coach needs to be able to go back at least one week and fix the times to be correct.

Talk with Linda or Rob is probably appropriate before fixing it.
