• runner-drift-audit — Open-source CLI that scans GitHub Actions workflows for breakage ahead of the ubuntu-latest 24.04→26.04 migration (Oct 19–Nov 19, 2026): floating runner labels, removed tools (mercurial, global webpack, and more), and default-version drift (Java 17→25, PHP 8.3→8.5, CMake unpinned), grounded in a diff of the official runner-images toolsets. MIT, single-file Python, stdlib only; the 22 toolset differences, explained.
• Web Highlighter — Local-first browser extension for multi-color highlighting and inline annotation of web pages, with Weava CSV import and export to JSON, CSV, and Markdown. Live on Microsoft Edge Add-ons; project site; watch the 51-second demo.
