Redesigns the /configure experience into a compact, professional responsive workspace.

Changes

• tighter 56px application header and compact page intro
• responsive configuration workspace instead of oversized stacked cards
• settings grouped into Identity & time, Appearance, Files & delivery, and Automation
• compact segmented controls for theme, layout, and schedule
• denser accessible switches and format selectors
• live setup summary for working hours, schedule, formats, and access mode
• sticky generated-output panel on desktop
• GitHub Actions / Local CLI preview tabs to reduce vertical sprawl
• improved copy handling with a clipboard fallback
• responsive mobile layout with touch-friendly controls
• private-token guidance shown only when private mode is enabled
• concise trust indicators without large card overhead

No report-generation behavior or privacy model is changed.
