I am interested in "IA-Lab" to count the number of cell nuclei of a z-stack.
I have followed your installation instructions with Matlab 2017b. The only difference is that I have DIPUM Toolbox v3.0 instead of v1.1.4. When I run one of the examples (pelletExample.m, nucleiExample.m, culture3DExample.m), I have the error "Undefined function or variable 'progressBarAPI' ". Could you tell me the toolbox this function belongs to? I think that it creates a progress bar. If I comment the lines that contains progressBarAPI, I can run pelletExample.m and I can see the pellets segmented. However, when I run nucleiExample.m or culture3DExample.m, I have the error "Undefined function or variable 'segFactory' ". Could you tell me the toolbox this function belongs to?
