The box's go builds for the box's architecture, so a go.package configured for arm64 on an x86_64 host produces x86_64 binaries without an error. Pass the target architecture to go as GOARCH. Signed-off-by: Daan De Meyer <daan@amutable.com>
cargo builds for the box's architecture, so a cargo.package configured for arm64 on an x86_64 host produces x86_64 binaries without an error. Pass the target's Rust triple to cargo's --target. A cross build then fails unless the box contains the target's standard library and a linker for it. Signed-off-by: Daan De Meyer <daan@amutable.com>

We don't really make use of this at the moment, but it doesn't hurt to be correct, so let's pass the architecture through to go and cargo.
