Targeting Android SDK 30

Unfortunately, the new Scoped Storage requirements of SDK 30 mean that even when I get this working, after uninstalling and reinstalling my app I can't access the file I exported to the Downloads folder. Is there a solution for using this library on SDK 30 and access the exported .db files upon a reinstall of the app please?

I'm thinking the library would need to use ScopedStorage / Storage Access Framework (SAF) to read/write .db files in public folders after targeting API 30. No more using absolute paths. Probably the library just needs to accept a URI instead of an absolute path.
