Updates the repo to the latest `next` versions of the Angular dependencies.
Fixes that we had a bunch of errors in the IDE for the docs site, because it couldn't resolve the paths to the Material components.
Adds `ChangeDetectionStrategy.Eager` to the relevant places in the docs site.
