What does this PR do?
Adds oh-my-opencode-slim to the ecosystem documentation. It's a lightweight multi-agent suite with 7 specialized agents (Orchestrator, Explorer, Oracle, Council, Librarian, Designer, Fixer, Observer) for OpenCode. The entry was added to the Plugins table in all 17 supported language versions of the ecosystem docs.
How did you verify your code works?
Verified the markdown table formatting is consistent with existing entries. The change is documentation-only and does not affect runtime code.
