chore: update nix node_modules hashes - #60187

This is a routine hash refresh: the only commit changes the three nodeModules hashes in nix/hashes.json and nothing else. I couldn't confirm the hashes themselves, because that needs a Nix build on each platform; CI or the Nix build will show whether they're right. The public API is unchanged. No concerns.

The new head is a rebase onto a newer dev. The PR still changes only nix/hashes.json, with the same values as before. Since the commit these hashes were computed for, the only bun.lock change is the v2.2.1 workspace version bump, which shouldn't change the node_modules output, so the hashes should still be current. I couldn't recompute them here because that needs a Nix build on each platform. The public API is unchanged. No new concerns.

The hashes were refreshed after the rebase, which is expected: dev now uses @opencode/pty 0.3.3 in bun.lock (#60276), so the node_modules output changed. The PR still touches only nix/hashes.json. I couldn't recompute the hashes here because that needs a Nix build on each platform; the Nix build in CI will confirm them. The description still says the hashes were computed for 66f1fa8, which predates the pty change, so it's worth checking that the bot computed them for the current dev. The public API is unchanged.

The new head is a rebase onto a newer dev, and the hashes are the same as in my last review. The only dependency-related change since then is the v2.2.2 version bump (#60337), and no other lockfile entry moved, so the node_modules output, and with it these hashes, should be unchanged. I couldn't recompute them here because that needs a Nix build on each platform. The public API is unchanged. No new concerns.

The hashes were refreshed after the rebase, which is expected: #60332 removed the tree-sitter packages (and node-gyp-build and node-addon-api, which only they used) from bun.lock, so the node_modules output changed. The PR still touches only nix/hashes.json. I couldn't recompute the hashes here because that needs a Nix build on each platform; the Nix build in CI will confirm them. The public API is unchanged. No new concerns.

The new head is a rebase onto a newer dev, and the hashes are the same as in my last review. The lockfile changes since then (#60077) are limited to the console and stats workspaces and to wasm32-wasi optional bindings, none of which the Nix node_modules install picks up, so unchanged hashes are plausible. I couldn't recompute them here because that needs a Nix build on each platform. The public API is unchanged. No new concerns.

The hashes were refreshed after the rebase, which is expected: #60385 updated OpenTUI to 0.8.0 in bun.lock and the root package.json, so the node_modules output changed. The PR still touches only nix/hashes.json. I couldn't recompute the hashes here because that needs a Nix build on each platform; the Nix build in CI will confirm them. The public API is unchanged. No new concerns.

The hashes were refreshed after the rebase, which is expected: #60488 changed the @tanstack/virtual-core patch that packages/app installs, so the patched node_modules output changed. The PR still touches only nix/hashes.json. I couldn't recompute the hashes here because that needs a Nix build on each platform; the Nix build in CI will confirm them. The public API is unchanged. No new concerns.

The hashes were refreshed after the rebase, which is expected: #58782 added @anthropic-ai/claude-agent-sdk and its dependencies to bun.lock, so the node_modules output changed. The PR still touches only nix/hashes.json. I couldn't recompute the hashes here because that needs a Nix build on each platform; the Nix build in CI will confirm them. The public API is unchanged. The only dependency-related change since then is the v2.2.3 version bump (#60564), which doesn't change the node_modules output, so the hashes should still match. I couldn't recompute them here because that needs a Nix build on each platform. The public API is unchanged. No new concerns.

The hashes were refreshed after the rebase, which is expected: #60387 updated @opencode/pty to 0.4.0 in bun.lock, so the node_modules output changed. The PR still touches only nix/hashes.json. The hashes were refreshed after the rebase, which is expected: #60346 changed the packages/gui-plugins dependencies in bun.lock (dropped @dnd-kit/*, added @opencode/protocol as a dev dependency), which changes that workspace's node_modules links. The PR still touches only nix/hashes.json. I couldn't recompute the hashes here because that needs a Nix build on each platform; the Nix build in CI will confirm them. The public API is unchanged. No new concerns.
Updates
nix/hashes.jsonto the node_modules hashes computed for 66f1fa8 by bot-nix-hashes. check-bot-scope keeps this branch to that file.
