Document the Vulkan generator entry points and emit durable purpose/regeneration introductions. Regenerate the committed Vulkan Video snapshot at Vulkan-Docs v1.4.347; its declarations are unchanged. The companion antono2/vulkan#71 regenerates both published introductions at its own v1.4.365 version without changing declarations.
The historical src/vulkan.v remains an explicit coverage exception: VERSION selects v1.4.335 while the snapshot reports 347, and regeneration even at 347 adds loader declarations and changes API spellings. Preserve that snapshot until a dedicated API/version reconciliation; do not copy it over the newer published module.
Validation: both targets generated at v1.4.347 and v1.4.365 using isolated Vulkan-Docs checkouts and stable V formatting. The retained Video diff is introduction-only, as are both published-module diffs. Python/shell syntax and git diff --check pass. Full historical main-snapshot ABI reconciliation remains outside this documentation update.
