ARM64 macOS GLib & Ruby fails on several PRs with:

This might be related to GitHub runners being updated to macos-26-arm64 instead of macos-15.

@kou should we try to pin macos-15 and create a new issue to add support for new runners?

Oh, I'll take a look at this later. If macos-latest is migrated to macos-26-arm64 completely before I fix this, let's pin to macos-15-arm64 as a workaround.
