Problem

website/community/release/release-version.md:712 (and the Chinese translation at the same line) describes Apache Fesod as:

Apache Fesod is an easy-to-use, high-performance, open source distributed transaction solution.

That sentence belongs to a different Apache project. This block is the release announcement mail template — the release manager copies it verbatim and sends it to announce@apache.org, which then reaches every mirror and subscriber list. The wrong description would be published as the official announcement of the release.

The sentence sits inside a fenced text code block (section 6.2 Release Announcement), so it does not read as page copy and is easy to miss when reviewing the page.

Change

Replace it with the project description from README.md, verbatim:

Apache Fesod (Incubating) is a high-performance and memory-efficient Java library for reading and writing spreadsheet files, designed to simplify development and ensure reliability.

"Spreadsheet files" is deliberate: it covers XLS, XLSX and CSV, whereas "Excel files" would exclude the CSV support the library provides.

Both the English file and the Chinese translation are updated in the same commit. The sentence is inside the mail template code block and is intentionally left in English in the Chinese file — updating only one side would create a new translation drift.

Verification

$ grep -rn "distributed transaction" website/
(no output)

$ git diff --stat HEAD^
 website/community/release/release-version.md | 2 +-
 website/i18n/zh-cn/.../community/release/release-version.md | 2 +-
 2 files changed, 2 insertions(+), 2 deletions(-)

The rendered page can be checked at https://fesod.apache.org/community/release/release-version#62-release-announcement (section 6.2).

Risk

None. Text-only change inside an email template; no build, API or behaviour impact.

This is the first of a small series fixing factual errors in the release runbook. The download link (:715) and the Release Notes link (:718) on the same page are wrong too and will be sent as separate PRs, together with a link checker so this class of dead link is caught automatically.

The announcement template described Apache Fesod as a "distributed
transaction solution", which is copy-pasted from another Apache project.
Release managers copy this block verbatim into the announcement mail, so
the wrong description would be sent to announce@apache.org and every
mirror.

Use the project description from README.md verbatim, so the announcement
and the README stay consistent. "Spreadsheet files" also covers XLS, XLSX
and CSV, unlike the narrower "Excel files".

Both the English file and the Chinese translation are updated; the
sentence stays in English in the Chinese file because it is part of the
mail template.
