Several docs introduce a linked reference with "please refer [Link]", which is missing the preposition. This adds the "to" in the maintenance, AWS (3 sites) and Nessie docs.
The maintenance doc also repeated the verb — "Please refer [Java API quickstart] page to refer how to load an existing table" — so that one reads "refer to the ... page to learn how to" instead.
