LICENSE.txt says gradlew/gradlew.bat are from Gradle v5.5, but they are from Gradle 6.9.1

LICENSE.txt says:

This product bundles the files gradlew and gradlew.bat from Gradle v5.5
which are distributed under the Apache License, Version 2.0.
For details see ./gradlew and ./gradlew.bat.

The text was added in #4552 (2019), around the time #4567 updated the wrapper to Gradle 5.5. The scripts have been replaced since, and LICENSE.txt was not updated:

• gradlew and gradlew.bat on master were last changed in f29981a2f "Bumping to gradle 6" (#5276), which set the wrapper to gradle-6.9.1-bin.zip. The scripts are the Gradle 6.9.x ones. Compared with the gradlew in Gradle's own repository at v6.9.1, the only difference is the project-specific -Dfile.encoding=UTF-8 in Gradle's DEFAULT_JVM_OPTS. They no longer match the Gradle 5.5 scripts (Gradle's v5.5.0 / this repo at d9de97d6e).
• Since feat: compiles over Jdk17 with multiarch based images #5542 (2025), gradle/wrapper/gradle-wrapper.properties uses gradle-7.6.2-bin.zip, but the scripts were not regenerated, so they are still the 6.9.1 ones.

So the version in LICENSE.txt is wrong. Suggested fix, either:

1. Change LICENSE.txt to say Gradle v6.9.1, matching the scripts as they are; or
2. Regenerate the scripts with the current wrapper (./gradlew wrapper --gradle-version 7.6.2) and change LICENSE.txt to Gradle v7.6.2.

Found while reviewing Apache OpenServerless, which vendors these files and has the same stale text: apache/openserverless#269.
