Improve homepage hero and footer responsiveness

What is the purpose of the change

Fix responsiveness issues in the homepage hero section and footer on tablet and mobile screen sizes.

Brief changelog

• Improved responsiveness of homepage hero section
• Fixed the multiple background image problem in hero section
• Fixed footer layout responsiveness on smaller screens
