Documents the scopable Convention result path added in apache/struts#2009.
core-developers/package-configuration.md: the scoped-constants section namesstruts.convention.result.pathas a constant the Convention plugin makes scopable, linking to the plugin page.plugins/convention/index.md: a new "Result path per package" section under the ResultPath annotation. It shows a parent package declaring the constant, says how actions are placed under that package (@ParentPackageorstruts.convention.default.parent.package), and gives the precedence:@ResultPath, then the package's scoped constant, then the global constant.
