Description
In this PR, we utilise pnpm catalog to ensure identical versions of dependencies are employed across all monorepo subpackages.
Upgrade pnpm, nx toolchain, and dependencies.
Introduce
minimumReleaseAgeconfiguration to mitigate supply chain attacks wherever possible.Introduce eslint workflow.
