Add OCPP v2.0.1 client/server log generator.
Adds a WebSocket-based OCPP v2.0.1 charging session simulator that produces realistic CSV logs for testing and analysis.
server.py is a minimal central system listener (port 9000) that accepts connections and responds to all standard actions. client.py drives a full charging session - BootNotification, StatusNotification, TransactionEvent (start/end), Heartbeat, and MeterValues - and writes every request/response pair to a CSV with columns timestamp, id, action, msg.
Key client options: --loops, --interval, --charge-point-id, --fault-probability (random Faulted/recovery sequences), --status-every, and --response-delay-ms/--response-delay-jitter-ms to control the simulated round-trip timing in the output.
OCPP v1.6 support implemented in *1.6 files
