Project LINK (Learner Information Network and Knowledgebase) is a web-based Integrated Learner Information and School Management System designed to streamline school operations by centralizing learner information into a single, secure, and role-based platform.
The system automates attendance monitoring, academic record management, health profiling, guidance services, and parent engagement while providing real-time reports that support evidence-based decision-making.

Learner accounts are created or reset by an administrator from Learner Accounts or by an assigned teacher from Learner Profile > Basic Profile. The learner's 12-digit LRN is used as the temporary username and password. On first login, the learner must set a different password and is returned to the login screen.
Only an active learner with an enrolled record for the current school year can access the learner portal. Each learner record can be linked to only one user account. Learner portal data is scoped through the authenticated learner link and includes profile, current-year grades, current-year attendance, and announcements. Health, disability, and guidance case information remains restricted to authorized staff and is not displayed in the learner portal.
