Bring Pdf417Params/GenerateApi in line with the corrected Java templates: isgetPdf417Truncate() -> getPdf417Truncate() and the three other boolean getters, plus their grouped-param call sites. Simplify GeneratedModelCoverageTest's getter detection now that no getter starts with `isget`.
