Add the unmodified Apache-2.0 text as LICENSE and a copyright line for Andrew Beck in the README. Record the owner's choice as the resolution of decision 0023 R6, and update the readiness checklist and plan: the license is chosen and Release Please has run successfully. Repository visibility is unchanged.

Licenses the module under the Apache License, Version 2.0, with Andrew Beck as copyright holder. This resolves the last owner prerequisite in the release-readiness checklist before the v0.1.0 release PR (#3).
Changes
LICENSE: the unmodified text from apache.org (SHA-256cfc7749b…3d30), identical to the copy shipped by aws-lambda-go. It is kept unmodified so GitHub and pkg.go.dev detect it reliably.README.md: a License section with the copyright line.docs/release-readiness.mdanddocs/plan.mdmark the license as chosen and record Release Please's first successful run (chore(main): release 0.1.0 #3).Validation
Documentation only. The edited Markdown renders, relative links and anchors resolve, and
git diff --checkis clean. The Go suite was not rerun; this PR's CI runs it anyway.Limitations
Repository visibility is unchanged. Live AWS streaming, Cognito and STS qualifications remain open, as already documented in the support matrix.
