Expand AGENTS.md into a practical repository guide using the section pattern of openclaw/gogcli's contributor instructions, adapted to this Go library's actual layout and tools.
Document package responsibilities, local validation commands, Go/JSON conventions, test evidence, PR-only CI, Release Please ownership and organization credentials. Preserve the existing first-principles requirement, design approval process, identity boundaries and live-AWS testing constraints.
Validation: all linked documents and listed repository paths exist; commands were checked against the Go workflow and consumer script; git diff --check passes. No Go source or workflow behavior changed, so runtime tests were not rerun locally.
