docs: add narrated example agent demos

Motivation

Show off the platform's capabilities with polished, narrated demo videos for representative example agents. Four scripted Slack demos make the workflows easy to watch and share, while the final Agent Builder video shows the real web UI.

Summary of changes

• Add scripted Slack scenarios and narrated videos for codebot, HubSpot CRM, reviewbot, and pm-bot. The fictional data and outcomes are identified as such in the guide.
• Narrate the existing real Agent Builder web UI footage and publish all five demos with MP4, WebM, and poster images.
• Store the five sets of videos and posters in Git LFS and document the checkout step needed for media builds.
• Add the "Five agent demos" guide, media manifest entries, capture/mux tooling, and focused scenario, media, and audio tests.

Alternatives considered

Recording live runs for the four example agents would make the demos dependent on external services and credentials. Scripted scenarios keep those examples repeatable. The Agent Builder video uses the existing real web UI footage to preserve the actual product flow.

• Diff review: scenario wording, documentation, and published media were reviewed; a maintainer can verify rendered media against the source scenarios before merge.

Local showcase checks passed: pnpm slacksim:build, pnpm typecheck, pnpm test (49 tests), pnpm docs:build, pnpm docs:check, cross-link scan, and mage fmt:check. All published MP4 and WebM files have audio and video streams. The local integration run was stopped before completion; no result is claimed for it.

Regeneration

• mage fmt:check is clean.
• Showcase docs build and media validation passed.
• CRD, Kubernetes manifest, and CLI reference regeneration: n/a.

Coverage

• The change adds documentation and showcase behavior only; it does not change cluster runtime or authorization behavior. Focused scenario, media component, and audio mux tests cover the new behavior.

Before requesting review

• The PR holds one change: five narrated example-agent demos and the tooling needed to publish them.
• Scenario copy and the rendered videos were reviewed together. Media can be checked by playing the clips in the new guide; the source scripts and audio cue points are in showcase/demos/slacksim/src/scenarios/ and showcase/engine/capture/.
