The setup API changed in 3.0: one provider replaces the client, init() and the overlay, an in-app browser takes a hook, and enabled is the only gate again. Quick start, production and in-app browsers are rewritten; every other page is patched where it named the old API. The client and overlay reference pages become provider and hooks, and a new Upgrading page carries the whole 2.x to 3.0 mapping. Also fixed while checking each page against the source: console.repl documented as defaulting to __DEV__ when it defaults to true, and the exported-types list missing the crash types.
