A pip-installable CLI + library that uses PERT analysis, Gantt scheduling, and multi-developer workload modeling to produce monthly payout breakdowns, timeline projections, and both static (PNG/Excel) and interactive (HTML) reports. V0.1 is core analytics only (no ML), forked from the existing generate_tracker.py logic, restructured as a proper Python package. YAML for project config, JSON for time-series actuals. Supports N developers with individual rates, hours/week, and skill tags.
