feat(brand): Pixel Phase A2 canonical vector artwork pack

Scope

Artwork-only implementation of the approved Pixel Phase A2 direction, using the existing chubby, wide-black-tipped-ear laptop mascot as canonical anatomy reference. No homepage integration, Pixel runtime behavior, current mascot replacements, logo/PWA changes, merge, or deployment.

Deliverables

• Canonical independent-part vector master, isolated face rig, sketch-ready stroke-only hero outline, and static fallback.
• 10 reusable static expression variants and 8 hero motion-key illustrations; optional laptop prop scene.
• Machine-readable manifest, documented rig/asset contract, deterministic no-dependency generator (node apps/web/scripts/build-pixel-phase-a2.mjs --write|--check).
• Vitest coverage for export drift, accessible labels, vector-only self-contained SVGs, duplicate-fill prevention, rig IDs, and representative raster rendering through Sharp.
• Art-direction/validation docs in docs/pixel-phase-a2.md and brand artwork README.

Important fidelity note

These are manually authored editable-vector adaptations of the source mascot, not lossless conversion of the legacy embedded bitmap. Please visually approve the master and variants against the original reference before merging. The approved raster character sheet is the art-direction reference; it is not inserted as a bitmap inside any SVG.

Acceptance gate

Verify node apps/web/scripts/build-pixel-phase-a2.mjs --check, formatting, lint, typecheck, web tests, build, final-head CI and human visual approval. Leave draft until both gates pass. Phase B animation and homepage hero are separate future PRs.
