Docs update for StepperView 2.0

Description

Regenerate API documentation for v2.0 using Jazzy. The previous docs were generated for v1.6.6 and were missing all new AI-powered StepperView types (StepperViewAIGeneratorView, GeneratedStepperConfig,
StepperAIBuilder). Also adds a .jazzy.yaml config file for reproducible doc generation

How Has This Been Tested

• Ran jazzy locally and verified the generated docs in docs/ render correctly with 93% documentation coverage (147 public symbols).
• Confirmed the new AI types (StepperViewAIGeneratorView, GeneratedStepperConfig) appear in the generated docs.
• No code changes — only documentation, config, and cleanup.
