What and why

The [1.0.0] section is the published release body and the Sparkle release notes, and two of its "Changed" claims were not 1.0 changes.

• CHANGELOG [1.0.0]: drop "relay password kept in the Keychain instead of the settings file" (Keychain since 0.9.9, git show v0.9.9:app/CrocApp/Models/AppSettings.swift). Reword the History line to what TransferController.codeHint does since 1.0: first word of a generated-shaped code, first two characters of any other, server host for Send as link (0.9.9 kept the first segment of any dashed code).
• CHANGELOG: split the Developer ID / Sparkle / zip / attestation bullet; move the zip to ### Removed; move download verification to the intro and name SHA256SUMS.txt; drop "when they are live"; remove the blank line that made Added a loose list; intro says the format adds extra sections where a release needs them.
• 128 MB to 128 MiB everywhere: the threshold is 128 MiB in code (crocmobile/crocmobile.go:78, CrocKit/Sources/CrocKit/Models.swift:27). App strings in PowerSettingsSections.swift and HowItWorksView.swift, docs site, llms.txt, privacy page. app-store-listing.md 1 GB to 1 GiB (crocmobile/store.go:24).
• Same History and relay-password claims fixed in docs/knowledge/app-store-listing.md, web/docs/content/guide/history.md, web/landing/privacy/index.html.
• .github/AGENTS.md: the release-notes awk stops at a [label]: line, so reference-style links inside a version section truncate the notes.

After merge, the v1.0.0 release body is updated from main with the same awk as release.yml. The signed 1.0 appcast item keeps its original text.

Verification

• scripts/format-swift.sh --lint: PASS: swift-format lint --strict
• macOS / iOS Simulator build: not verified (two string literals changed)
• release.yml heading grep and awk run on the new CHANGELOG: heading matches, section extracted (43 lines)
• git grep -E "128 ?MB|1 GB\b": no matches

Docs

• Nothing else doc-worthy: the footer wording change gets no [Unreleased] line
