Version 10.0.8 only exists as prerelease (10.0.8-pre06) on NuGet, causing restore failures in CI. Downgrade all three Mapster packages (Mapster, Mapster.DependencyInjection, Mapster.EFCore) to the latest stable release 10.0.7.
