Remove the reusable AI workflows: GitHub Models is retired - #16
Merged
Conversation
GitHub retired GitHub Models on 2026-07-30, and all five caller repos (basecamp-sdk, basecamp-cli, hey-cli, fizzy-cli, cli — including cli's generator seed) have removed their ai-labeler callers. These two reusable workflows are now orphaned; verified zero remaining callers via the contents API per repo before deleting.

GitHub retired GitHub Models on 2026-07-30 (playground, catalog, inference API). All five caller repos have merged their AI-labeler removals — basecamp-sdk#512, basecamp-cli#593, hey-cli#153, fizzy-cli#199, cli#62 (root + generator seed) — leaving ai-classify-pr.yml and ai-breaking-change.yml orphaned.
Verified zero remaining callers via the contents API per repo (code search is stale-index-prone): no ai-*.yml workflows remain in any caller's .github/workflows/.
