correctness: Broken relative link — docs/should-i-use-base-cli.md links to why-base-cli.md, but that file does not exist anywhere in this repo (checked working tree and full git history). The "framework boundary" content actually lives as the ## Framework boundary section in the repo's README.md, not as a standalone doc. Readers who click this link get a 404.
Suggested fix: point the link at the README section instead, e.g. ../README.md#framework-boundary.
