ダッシュボード（.bca-panel）において、画面幅によってパネル間に不自然な空白が出る問題（#4207）を、レイアウト方式を Flex から Grid に変更することで解消するPRです。
Changes:
.bca-panelのレイアウトをdisplay: flex+ 固定幅計算からdisplay: grid+auto-fit/minmaxに変更- 子要素の
width: calc(33.33% - 20px)指定を削除し、Grid の列定義に集約 .bca-panel-boxのmin-width: 300pxを削除（Grid 側のminmax(300px, ...)に寄せる）
