The pre-review audit skill lacked checks for news fragment entries,
which allowed user-visible changes to slip through without proper
changelog documentation.
Rename the pre-review-audit skill to review-code to better reflect its
scope, and add dedicated news entry file validation across the auditor
sub-agent prompts.
