This change extends the existing documentation in README.md to provide a more comprehensive overview of what go-atomic is and how to use it. It adds a detailed explanation of the core concepts, a self-contained example, a step-by-step usage guide, and a list of available executors.

…asier for you to understand.

Here are the changes I made to the `README.md` file:
- Added a new "What is go-atomic?" section that explains the core concepts and the problem it solves (Unit of Work pattern).
- Included a comprehensive, self-contained, and runnable example to demonstrate the library's usage.
- Rewrote the "Usage" section with a clear, step-by-step guide corresponding to the new example.
- Added a new "Available Executors" section that lists the supported database libraries.
