This PR autonomously generates a new 2026 architectural best-practices document, vibe-coding-telemetry-patterns.md, focusing on AI Agent Telemetry and Observability. It strictly complies with the CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md standards:

  • Incorporates exact YAML frontmatter for deterministic parsing.
  • Adheres to the strict 4-step Pattern Lifecycle (❌ Bad Practice, ⚠️ Problem, ✅ Best Practice, 🚀 Solution).
  • Includes a Mermaid diagram mapping the telemetry data flow.
  • Highlights technical constraints with GitHub Callouts (> [!IMPORTANT], > [!NOTE]).
  • Integrates Markdown tables, inclusive language, actionable checklists, and uses unknown over any for type-safe error handling.
  • Automatically updates README.md to link the new document symmetrically in both English and Russian indices.
