Simplify cursor guide indicator

Summary

• Replace the large circular follower with the existing diamond glyph so the guide is less intrusive.
• Move the follower below and to the right of the cursor instead of above it.
• Reuse the diamond itself as the target marker and show a small "found it" style label instead of opening the full instruction bubble.

Why

The original overlay could cover too much of the screen and duplicated target affordances by showing both a floating buddy and a separate target ring. This keeps the guidance visible while making it closer to the lightweight Clicky-style interaction.
